I have written you this letter for a query on a faxed message somewhere in January of 1997 involving a plane ticket from Calgary to Vancouver with West Jet paid by Mastercard.(Apparently the faxed message was from your organization since it was marked as Project Isabela[sic]). The faxed message was received by Raj S. Hari of Immigration Canada in Calgary and it expedited my travel between the two cities. Since I am in the process of clearing all debts involving my travels in the past, can you help me how to clear up this one with Mastercard Canada by looking over your records.
